Help for Bloating??

Hi gxgxgx, I too suffer from bloating and it’s a bugger by all accounts, don’t envy you there, the pain must be horrendous.

I used to take pepto bismol and windeze, I found windeze really helped me as it moves all of trapped wind and you can feel the relief, give them a go if you haven’t already, also Andrews or bisodol ??

Peppermint oil capsules help me,I also take a probiotic called VSL#3.

Try cutting out dairy for two weeks using lacto free milk/cheese. Life changer for me..

Hi. I suffered from bloating for a long time and found it was to do with eating ordinary bread. I have been eating sourdough bread fresh cooked now for a few months and no more bloating. I was not lactose intolerant so wouldn't cut out milk etc. Its expensive but can be cut and frozen. Wish you well
