I was diagnosed with h pylori in October in an endoscopy and biopsy and went through the triple therapy treatment of 2 antibiotics and ppi for 7 days. No ulcer was found and report did not mention about any gastritis
Fast forward 6 weeks I am now getting this extreme spasms or pain as soon as I wake up in the morning or whenever my stomach is empty and has digested the food. The pain is so intense as if I have not eaten for a whole day. But when I eat I get full with little amount of food. This happens every few hours. Having something to eat or antacid gives temporary relief.
Has anyone suffered or is suffering from these symptoms? How do you manage it?
At the moment I am taking omeprazole 10mg daily although the doctor hasn't recommended any .
Can the triple therapy course mess up with the stomach?

I have had so many appts with gastroenterologists it's not funny. I don't recall everything found but I found I have problems with food going down (it gets stuck), found out I need to stay on omeprazole forever. I cannot eat too much without getting full fast. And was diagnosed with Barrett's disease by one doctor by her taking a biopsy of my lining. So I get sent to a specialist to redo the surgery and to get further biopsies done. When I get there after a 2 1/2 drive, the doctor said I don't need to do any surgery. He said I just looked at the pictures of what was sent and he said I didn't have Barrett's. I ask about getting the biopsy done like I was sent there for and he said didn't need it. So as I was driving back home I called the original doctors and she said can you come back to the hospital as they were dumbfounded by the other hospitals reactions. So 2 1/2 back home and another hour to the original hospital they asked what I want done. I said I would like confirmation on the Barrett's diagnosis. When I was driving to original hospital the guy at the other one said just tell him he is alright. 3 years later I have gotten worse. Am trying to go to another facility for a second opinion. Mt6 personal provider left the Barrett's disease attached to my file as she said there was an biopsy confirmation of it. Crazy stuff.
