What do you take for cramps?

After a dodgy Chinese a couple of months ago, my gut is still very sensitive. I've bought some probiotics from Nutravita. I find ginger biscuits helpful. I don't find peppermint any use. Anyone got any other suggestions to get my gut back to where it was before?

You might want to try a good probiotic like Alflorex. It might be that you are experiencing a gut bacterial imbalance from this dodgy food, that might be brought under control by giving yourself a dose of good gut bacteria.
