Hi everyone. Ive started to take vitamin d3 and also zinc for the corona virus. After about a week my stomach seems not to be so bloated. Still burp a bit but not so much. Im taking the nhs recommended amount for zinc and vit d3. Any comments ?

Hi I also take vitamin d after a blood test for something else showed a deficiency. When the chemist was filling my prescription for vit d he just took one off the normal shelves in the shop. NHS was paying a fortune for a cheap bottle

you could buy for less than 2 pound!!. As a family we all take them now for the covid. Not sure what the zinc does though.

Hi. Zinc is to help support the immune system and to help healing. I started taking it with the vit d to help against the covid. I did a bit of research and found that vit d and zinc can be deficient in people with gastritis and colitis. Dont take my word for it tho. Google it. My stomach does seem to have improved a bit since taking them. Whether thats psychological or not I dont know. But going to carry on with them anyway.
