Excessive hunger whilst being on lamsprozole for 2 months instead of feeling full all the time?

I have been on lansoprazole since having extreme bloating, previously nausea, diahoerea since July. Initially always full, could hardly eat, after two months on meds, I have now excessive hunger, like constantly? Is this normal? Before all this, I used to have that I had to eat all the time, never a full feeling. Do the tablets work? Does my stomach not digist or do I have no stomach acid left now or had none to begin with?

I'm On lansoprazole and have been for a year and have never had any appetite issues like you described

Thanks for your reply. Still awaiting appointment for endoscopy...

Finally had endoscopy. Came back clear.Previously severe ulcers in mouth, antibiotics. Also had 1 severe UTI in Jan, heavy antibiotics (3 days) . Made me almost collapse. 2 weeks spotting.

Severe bloating has came back again.

Same again, still UNDIAGNOSED. No infection, as before. Keep peeing, then can't, now in pain. GP says cystitis. It's just endless... Just don't know what to do. Could do with some advise. Awaiting ultrasound.
