Interesting new guidance and restrictions on laxatives if you are in UK.

I use fibre supplements + occasional stimulant, usually dulcolax suppository.

What is interesting is that they have just figured out what we down in NZ have known for years. It is even printed on the containers and recommends seeing your Dr if it becomes a more than a short term use.
