Hi Alicia, I'm struggling with the IBS at the moment, it's on the change again, I think! Sorry to hear about your itchy skin. I hope you get an answer soon! Maureen

I'm so sorry to hear that Maureen, IBS is such an awful condition to which I understand a lot more now even though I've had it since 1996. I had IBS C initially and had tummy pain with it and I honestly didn't find it too bad but fast forward to November 2018 when I had food poisoning then it turned to IBS D with acute nausea, that's when I started to understand a lot more sufferers. The Low Fodmap diet is working wonders for me but I know it doesn't work for everyone.

I really do hope you find something that does help you.

The skin is bad at the moment as I'm itching like crazy, I'm waiting for an appointment with a Dermatologist.

Take care and I hope you pick up soon.

Alicia xx

Hi there, great idea! 😊 I only saw this post a few minutes ago so registered but think I’m too late for this week. Do you usually send a meeting link out? Also, is this just for people who live in that particular area or for anyone in the country whilst it’s virtual? Thanks!
