So I have been taking lansoprazole every morning for the last 3 weeks I never had heartburn just acid indigestion they made me feel nauseous every time I took one so I stopped a few days ago and felt fine but now I have bad heartburn and nausea again, is this the drug coming out of my system or do I need to keep taking them for longer than 3 weeks obviously can’t visit the doctors at the moment any advice would be helpful I don’t want to be on them long term

Hi you could try taking probiotics Acidophilus Lactobacillus and a small amount of aloe Vera juice before meals to heal the stomach.

Magnesium neutralizes stomach acid and a deficiency will affect just about every part of the body.
