Hi

I suffer ed from ibs for 26 years

Currently finding Holland and Barrett

Probiotics and amytriptlne each

Day my ibs is at least 50% better

And iv been able to eat bread

Again and a little curry flavouring.

When i get ibs it's usually loose stools then severe spasm in groin

Then i take ( dycloverine hydrochloride) an 1 tramadol 4 hourly.heat pad helps a bit and can

Get off to sleep . hope this helps someone on here.

Ps on low fibre diet and take

I take Normacol granules daily.a much gentler fibre than in most foods.

George
