Today I’ve had a flare up I think it was two bottles of gluten free beer last night that’s all I can put it down to but all day terrible stomach pain three bowel movements all normal though but windy stomach and can’t stop peeing does anyone suffer with this whilst having a flare up

It's the alcohol in the beer. You can't drink alcohol or drink any kind of fizzy drinks if you have IBS. The actual beer it's self wouldn't have helped either.

Whenever I drink alcohol the following day I always have terrible ibs, no matter the amount of alcohol consumed. You either have to stop drinking or accept the pain the next day unfortunately.
