Early morning diarrhoea?

Does anyone else ever wake early with bad stomach cramps and then need to go running to loo? It occasionally happens to me and I wondered if it happens to anyone else ever as well. Usually only go once and then it stops

Coincidentally my father told me yesterday that on daily waking only he nowadays feels the urge to go to the loo followed by generally loose stools (not diarrhea). A quick Google uncovered the concept of a "colon clock" with little/no concern. Maybe that's a reason?

This would happen to me everyday usually between 5:30-6:30am for 5 weeks before I was diagnosed with Ibs-d. Have you been diagnosed? Viberzi has really been a great medication for the D and other symptoms! I’ve been on it for about a year now

I had this for about 3 years and was wrongly diagnosed with ibs. I did simple test in my home country Poland. Its vega test or magnetic biorezonans. This is to tell you if you have any worms or bacteria. And yes I have bacteria that was causing similar symptoms to ibs. To cure it I used fresh green black walnut by ' Now'. 20 drops twice a day before meal.

And candida clear. All symptoms gone within week. But to clear your body you also need diet along with those drops. So no sugar, milk, tea,pasta, white bread, sweets, honey fizzy drinks....etc. so eat only good stuff and spelt bread. Worth to try it!!
