They are , but they are also symptoms of a late period or even, possible pregnancy. But let's get serious for a moment.... Without knowing you and more info regarding back pain and abdominal cramps, and what do you mean by wind? How excessive is excessive? From your symptoms, it is not possible to rule IBS or IBD out. Have you had a Calprotectin test of your BM?
Sounds like it. Not sure about late period though.
Could be but get checked out xxx
