Are there any cures for silent reflux / LPR besides PPI’s?

Have you tried Silicolgel ? Tesco, Boots Amazon U.K. all sell it , bit pricey so look Mysupermarket when on offer . I’ve long used it - had to get up at 2am the other night as severe acid reflux where crushing feeling on chest and only able shallow breathing , so came down to take 2 tablespoons and sat upright on sofa, acid reflux subsided and fell asleep on sofa

( have ra, so take daily Omeprazole with Leflunomide and Ibuprofen - currently on Rituximab infusion too )

Do try Silicolgel if not already , comes in blue and white box £8.00 ( £ 6.00 when on offer )
