Acupuncture Mats

I bought one of these from Amazon about three weeks ago for a back issue. £25 including postage.

Well I been using it for about 10-15 mins every night and has helped my back but also I been noticing my bloat and tummy has decreased, my bowels are working overtime and digestion is better. I do feel a bit of weight loss too.

I looked up benefits of using these mats and they are incredible. I would highly recommend buying for such a small investment and see if you get same results.

My partner has one for his back and I now use it for my terrible abdo pain which is likely IBS and I can definitely agree it works. In fact it’s the only thing I’ve found so far that helps get rid of the abdo pain
