Whats going on with me

I dont know what is going on with me but for last fours days had watery poop on and off willl have one watery bowel movement then will go normal then will be watery again.... its sending me crazy as i have a massive sickness and diahrea spelt wrong i know phobia and this is setting my anxiety off mentally

If the diarrhoea and vomiting have only recently started, you really should contact your GP or GI consultant/nurse if you have one.

I dont have vomiting i have a phobia of it so when i get watery stools i panic

The question then, is how long have you had watery stools? If it is only the last few days, then contact GP and they can then sort out ways to improve the situation without going down the vomiting route.

Agreed, i think you need a stool test for infection / parasites in the first instance, but see your GP.
