Burning sensation lower abdomen.

Afternoon Everyone

I ate a chicken kebab late last night due to not having time to cook and getting in late. I thought I would suffer for it, and I did. I was lay in bed a couple of hours later and the burning sensation started in my lower. Also I'm only slim and can feel my sigmoid colon, when I need the toilet it seems to get really tender to touch. I was just wondering if anyone else gets these symptoms? Any reply would be appreciated.

Yes I had bad acid reflux last night and had burning under my left rib and it was sore and tender to touch but went away by morning. Been doctors with it and he had a feel of my stomach and just said it was acid reflux that caused the pain.
