Pain above waist and worse when walking?

Is anyone’s pain just above the naval and worse when walking and moving about.

Yes mines above naval to the right slightly and hurts when walking and especially bending it's also burning pain

Have you had any tests

Yes had colonoscopy found polyps and biopsies showed dysplasia but these results would not cause symptoms therefore saw gastro specialist and he said post infective IBS which is common. Hope this helps
