What does IBS pain feel like

I’ve recentley been diagnosed with IBS I’ve had severe bloating for near enough 3 weeks now and it’s just not going with any buscopan, charcoal, senocalm. I’ve cut all gluten and dairy from my diet and I seem to get a pain just under my left rib cage after I’ve eaten which makes me feel really full and even more bloated and I look 9 months pregnant. If anyone can describe what their IBS pain feels like because I’m starting to think it might not be IBS I have after all and I’m getting worried

It is, almost, impossible to describe, it hurts but not so that you want to say ouch but enough that you want to cuddle it. It makes you feel empty at the point of the pain but full in the stomach. It is weird and different. It doesn’t comply with any rules, you want to put your hand inside your tummy and soothe the pain by massaging it, but you can’t.

Mines feels like period cramps except further up my abdomen x

I find my pain varies, sometime it's like just needing to go to the loo desparately and other times it is just the pain of the poo inside me pushing on other things like bladder and bones and anything else it comes into contact with. I don't know if that makes any sense to you but I have had it a very long time and the pain has got worse over the years.
