Going back on gluten

Hi, I'm 7 days into eating gluten again (having been 90% gluten free for past 3 years) twice a day for 6 weeks minimum in order to get a celiac test done.

Does anyone have any advice on how to manage upset stomach symptoms particularly diarohhea, without resorting to medication?

I eat mostly low fodmap foods but this doesn't seem to have any impact. Thanks.

Celiac tests aren't that accurate. Try the DNA test instead. You can get it a glutenfreesociety.org

Check out Dr Osborne's content while you are there he is amazing .
