Green diarrhea?

What does green diarrhea with mucus, with moderate to severe abdominal and pelvic cramps/pain mean without the consumption of any green food or green dye in foods?

I’d say green is the colour of infection or liver related issues. I’d really recommend you go to see your GP. Pain is your body’s way of telling you something’s wrong. Get checked out even just to put your mind at rest. Good luck Ashley 👍🏼

Usually green is indicative that whatever you ate moved through your digestive system very quickly. Couple that with the cramping I would lean towards you having ingested something that your body didn’t like. If the pain persists or stops you in your tracks you need to go in asap.

My poo was green, saw info said I was gluten-intolerant. Cut out gluten, my poo went normal
