Hi, I’m a 19 year old male. I’ve had consistent belly ache all day which is mild. I’m constipated, but plenty of mucas is coming out when I wipe or in the toilet more than usual. I’m on the tracks to be diagnosed for ibs just waiting for my appointment. Is this ibs? Sometimes I have dirrahea aswell.

Help?!?

It could be. You have done the right thing in getting it investigated. We are all different and what works for one may not work for another. Are you keeping a food diary to see if something triggers your symptoms? It can be a useful thing to show your doc too. Good luck with getting some help.
Wait to see what your doc says first. Managing IBS is about diet and lifestyle. If you are diagnosed with IBS, plenty of advice available here and elsewhere.
It may be. Sometimes diarrhoea can come about as 'overflow' stool that has not yet solidified and can leak round the hard stools of constipation, that is probably the diarrhoea that you have been experiencing. Mucous is not uncommon for constipation predominant IBS (IBS-C). As for myself, as primarily I have a subtype of IBS-D that has been recognised by the Rome IV Criteria for FGD (Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders) I have symptoms very similar to IBS-D (diarrhoea predominant IBS). Only difference with me is that I don't have the accompanying gut pain as IBS-D proper. But I have had constipation before and sometimes it seems like turning into diarrhoea and mucous, but that is the backed up still liquid microbiota squeezing round the hard stools that eventually push that mass out like a natural lubricant.
I would go see your gastroenterologist to confirm what I am suggesting is true, or something else going on. I am around your age and also a male. Hope all goes well!
