You should see a doctor and not try to deal with it yourself.
Once you know the cause then it can be dealt with.
You may do more harm than good if you start changing your diet or taking unprescribed medicines.
Thanks for your great Idea! I went to the hospital last week and the doctor told me its not a big issue and give me some medicine but the side effect of the medicine is very bad because of that I didn't want to take it. But in this 3 days I feel much better; what I did is :-
Good. Although you have not been diagnosed with IBS, it seems like your problem is caused by diet and life style. Some gradual changes may help. You could start a food diary and see if certain foods are giving you wind and bloating. Drinking plenty of fluid is good as is regular exercise. Don’t overdo the fibre, especially to begin with, as that could make you worse. Be aware that some probiotic drinks/yoghurts can contain a lot of sugar. It is all about monitoring what you are eating and making some gradual changes, I suspect.
