Having cramps every morning!!!!!

How are you I started 3 months ago, I had cramps in the morning, but I still do not know why I know what cramps are going on. But if I any one had experience of this, please give me the solution.

I have stomach cramps untill noon, usually. I suffer constipation. The longer I am up during the day, the better I feel, but some days it is difficult to get out of bed because of pain.
