Anxiety pain

I apparently have anxiety I feel fine but have really bad physical symptoms, it started off with heart palpitations had all the tests done everything fine, but nite I'm having quite bad pain in my lower back spreading to the sides, and permanent urge that my bowels need emptying, has anyone else had this

Anxiety paired with any other kind of illness is always frustrating. I'm dealing with it right now at work myself. I often get heart palpitations too, usually at night when I'm trying to sleep. Do you have IBS-D? What do you use to treat your symptoms? Have you been to a GI Doc? Is the back pain only when you're in bed at night?

I recently realized that a lot of my anxiety can be classified as "health anxiety" which is a real diagnosis apparently. I just started reading up on it and it fits me to a T. Any time I have any physical sensation that seems out of the norm, such as palpitations, stomach ache, headache, back pain, etc. my anxiety will kick in and start spinning these wild theories that I am getting sick or have some underlying condition nobody can identify. I'm realizing now that though some of my medical issues are real, a lot of my physical symptoms are exacerbated by this health anxiety. Not saying you have it too, but just thought I'd mention.

I haven't been diagnosed with IBS, I have more physical symptoms then mind, I did start with the heart palpitations I never slept one night as my heart was beating so fast and hard all night, don't have them so much now, the pain is on and off in the middle of my chest now, and quite bad lower back pain that goes round my kidney area, have been given omerzapole(not sure how you spell it) to try
