Hi, I looked at your profile, but it did not say anything, diagnosis, etc. What is it you have, do you have IBS, IBS-D, or IBS-C? Do you see a Gastroenterologist? Its It's hard to figure out what to say, when I am not sure what your struggles are. I suffer from IBS-C, and spleen issues, Chron's disease.

I had suffered from a gunshot wound years ago. I lost my spleen, left kidney, partial removal of my large intestine, colostomy, colostomy reversal, gallbladder removal, partial stomach had to be taken out. Lastly, I do suffer from Ibs-c, constant bloating, and chronic pain...

I'm so sorry to hear this. I'm still not quite too sure what it is you are needing advice about. Sounds like you have a lot going on and hope you are under a Gastro, Hematologist, or Doctor care. Maybe others will chime in. I hope you feel better soon. Have a great week..☺🌹

How are you doing? Were you able to get some suggestions? I did try to research issues you brought up..wish I had some advice. I'm not doing well myself. On my weekly laxative today..no way to live. Wish there was a cure..
