Indigestion
Yes. I get pain through to my back. I get abdominal pain, I get sharp stabbing pains in my pelvic area and I believe it’s all bowel related. I think that, sometimes, when you’re having stomach pains through to the back (or even higher) that might be acid reflux/ acid indigestion. It’s hard to say...surely something to talk to a doctor about. It’s always good to see a doctor and make sure you don’t have an ulcer forming. I’m finding that I get way less stomach pain and IBS if I cut most grains, especially wheat, out of my diet at least 90% of the time and lower my dairy intake. Otherwise I get all bloated and get severe stomach aches pretty often. I can definitely relate! :^(
Hi,
Yes I do. Gives me terrible pain in my left shoulder blade and a bad attack can last for days. I eat so carefully now to avoid it (little and often, plus avoiding fatty, spicy, seasoned good and I live on bland good, lots of cereal ☹️) but sometimes it still gets me- I’m on holiday now and because I can not control what I am eating as well, I’m in agony. They took my gallbladder out 7 years ago because of gallstones but it hasn’t improved the pain. I wish I could offer you more of a success story, sorry, ☹️
Hi there,
I've taken Nexium for over 15 years now, just 20mg per day. Yes I do get some pains not nothing to the reflux it prevents...If you are getting colon pain chat to your GP about also prescribing you Colpermin with will help eliminate the colon spasm.
