Hi. Yes I have tried juicing fruit and veg. Unfortunately, it bloated me like a beach whale. I am not good with lots of fibre. I now follow a low fodmap diet and I have no problem.

I find leave things out like brocoli, cauliflower, savoy cabbage ur b ok veg wise, stick to things like spinach , green beans, sweet pot, butternut sq there all ok.

Fruit wise it the acidity...so stick to thing like banana, peach, not apples and acidic.

Hopefully may help u.

I just put handfuls of spinach in everything!!! And kale

The gastro i saw said there something in them ones i mentioned that can give u bellyache and 💩. Whereas the other veg is belly friendly.

She always told me to take a good probiotics , digestive enzyme and peppermint oil capsules.

They do help alot ... they kinda keep the gut bacteria happy

I can no longer do vegetables. And they were so much a part of my diet! My gastro suggests cooking them first. Have tried juicing and horrible! I now cannot eat red meats. Pretty soon will not be eating anything! I too am disgusted.

I would recommend seeing a nutritionists you should get this through your doctor at one point i was living on the same safe foods but it's not good for you long term I'm going to give other vegetables and fruit a try and keep a diary i think it's the only way to go.I'll give the juicing a miss.

Thanks Treez
