So I was looking at the food map diet but then saw a recent article and am now so confused as they seem to totally contradict each other!!!

I just read it. The big difference seems to be that the article suggests going gluten free. The FODMAP diet allows gluten.

The bit that got me was the allowable list on the link just before the summary. It has got things that I thought were a total no no and others that I thought were safe. I think I will stick to the fodmap as if that’s the allowable list there is so much you can’t eat!!
