Blue iron IBS - D Anemia

Hi, I’m looking for an iron that I can take for my anemia that doesn’t exacerbate my IBS. I came across Blue Iron but no reviews mention IBS. Anybody tried it?

As tablets are usually known to cause more gastrointestinal upset, maybe you could try a liquid form? I was told by a pharmacist that Spatone was the least likely to cause stomach upset, it’s quite pricey but assume it would be worth it if it doesn’t exacerbate your symptoms! Good luck!
