That's the problem with IBS you eat let's say an egg one day and you are ok, the next time eating it you get a reaction. Everyone is different in what their triggers are. From your list I can take garlic(cooked)/ semi skimmed milk/onions(cooked). Coke/sweetners are a no for me as they give me wind. All I suggest is you keep a food diary for a few months and if you notice for sure your triggers cut them out of your diet and then try and reintroduce them if you wish too. You might wish to try the FODmap diet as I know some IBS sufferers find it helpful. Good Luck
It could be the artificial sweetener. A lot of them such as Stevie has "rebiana" in it, or other ingredients that irritate your stomach. Also, raw onions also trigger IBS for me. Try natural table sugar (in moderation) or Blackstrap Mollasses..
I have drinks with Stevia in them now which is natural seems to be working only had a couple of runny bm's seems to be working
