Hi a quick one please

Just eaten half a dairy free yogurt from the fridge door before thinking it didn’t feel cold enough

Stuck a probe in it and it was 11-12 degrees

Have a real phobia of throwing up but think I should make myself sick to not be ill all day tomorrow when out ???? Please advice surly it was too warm

I’m the same as you and have a phobia of being sick, however I’m that scared I would never purposely make myself sick. My thinking is because it’s dairy free there’s nothing to curdle and you should be fine. Plus it must have been ok for you to eat half of it first. How are you this morning?

My fridge is fairly new well a yr or so and the temp rises sooo quickly whenever the door is open and seems to take an age to go back Down
