No appetite with IBS

I have had a few IBS flare ups recently , it fills like my upper intestines have stopped working. Today I am getting a few stomach gurgles but do not feel very hungry.

Feeling depressed about this will it ever end. Any advice how to get my insides going.

I have found that exercise improves gut motility. I am a rambler, so love walking in the countryside and a long walk always relieves constipation by the next day. Also there are some yoga positions which can help.

What yoga positions would help.

Sitting twist, sorry I can't remember the proper name. it is for the spine and digestion. You can feel your intestines being pulled to the side. do this with the breath...holding for the count of 5 and gently release. Do 3 to 5 each side.

The yoga positions helped thank you IBS is more comfortable but the constant urge to urinate has come back did not have this when I was bloated.

Not sure what I had, but I had had a stomach virus that I don't remember having anything like it for the past 60 years since a child. Had it for a month. When it seemed to get better, I became nauseated all over again, but not quite as severe. Didn't feel like earing lost 15 lbs. I listened to everyone to wrote to me, and tried these. The 1 tsp. of baking soda helped first, I kept sipping this in a glass (8 oz.) of water and it did help. Then I went out and purcased a really good probiotic (10 billion) named Culturelle, which had really good reviews on Amazon. This helped the very most. I am not nauseated any more and bowels returned to more normal, had loose ones prior for years. This is touch and go for me, but I have to say, that nausea was so bad, I was so depressed, I didn't want to go out of the house, sick to my stomach every day. To this day, I do not inow what that virus did to my tummy, but it compromised it in some way. I am taking one day at a time, and whenever I take the probiotic, the nausea stays away, some times just a little, but nothing like it was. So can't say yet to anyone exactly that I am well, as I mentioned, taking a day at a time, So far so good. I bought Culturelle at $20.00 about for 80 capsules, I take two a day, one A.M. and one P.M. Hope this helps someone.
