Are tortilla wraps the kind of food that can be tolerated with ibs?

I was think of eating one of these two but I’m not sure if they are in danger of triggering ibs, is there any ingredients in these I should be particularly worried about? I know it’s different for everyone just looking for general advice. Thanks

Wheat is out for me too. I use Schär gluten-free wraps (also good for making pizza) or corn tortillas.
