Hi All, some of you may have seen my recent post about the single commentary introduction recording from Micheal Mahoneys IBS Audio Program 100

No, this is a link to the introduction of his program. I used this program a good while ago and it helped me lots. So a few weeks ago I asked if he could just do the introduction explaining the mind body connection which I though would help folk understand things.
