Hi temp was high Tuesday to Thursday down a bit now just started to shift off chest now and cough nearly making me sick and started to cough up stuff that’s good right?
I think it is. Always feel better when it starts to come up.
Sounds like the flu is starting to shift as you are coughing up gunk as I would call it which is definitely good. My daughter had a shorter version of this as she first started to feel very tired in the afternoon of 10 March and was then sick at 23:00 that day, then slept for a bit and was sick again the following morning which was the Sunday. She was sick four times but with many hours in between each time and was nauseous. Fortunately on the Monday the Monday, 12 March she stopped feeling nauseous but couldn't move much at all as she ached all over. She had a temperature from the Saturday night to around midday on the Monday. I went out to look after her on the Tuesday and Wednesday and on the Wednesday she managed to stay up and was able to shower and get dressed at midday. She felt tired on the Thursday that week and by the Friday she was back to normal.
Sorry for the long explanation above but just thought it may help. By the looks of things you are starting to feel better and as that was 2 days ago I am thinking you may be feeling better again.
Feeling the same thanks for the reply still virtually in bed not really coughing anything up and coughing for 10 mins fits results in retching and dizziness
