Hi my doctor has asked me to take the test for SIBO. Can anyone tell me what are the symptoms and treatment/management of SIBO.

The symptoms are much like IBS. Cramping, discomfort, bloating, mostly loose stools, sometimes constipation, fatigue. Have you looked into the SCD diet? "Specific carbohydrate diet?"

I am on the low FODMAP at the moment already. And a probiotic. I will look into the same.

I don’t get a lot of cramping just mild discomfort bloating and a lot of gas. But stools are loose. Get the same twice a day.
