Scared of going for my appointment I didn't follow diet

I didn't read prep properly so has meal Tuesday then started my prep Tuesday night Gastrografin I had to take one after tea and 2 today I'm worried that they will cancel when I go tomorrow morning because the last dose didn't work has good has yesterday or this morning I've had a headache for 2 days don't know what to tell them in desperate for advice last 2 flexible scope couldn't be completed I'm so fed up
