I'm at my wit's end. Two weeks ago, I'm pretty sure I caught a stomach bug that was going around my workplace. No vomiting but had diarrhea and the WORST lower abdominal cramps I think I've ever had. The diarrhea lasted about 3 days, and I also experienced some nausea. Could that have been an IBS attack and not a stomach bug? Sometimes I can't tell the difference!
Needless to say, my gut hasn't been the same since. I had 3 bad episodes in the bathroom this week
I had a colonoscopy in December that was clear.
I just want to get back on track! Thanks for any advice you may have!

Hi there, I know how you feel. Going through the same myself but had it longer and vomited at the start. I sympathize with you the pains are horrible. I do think it was a bug though and not IBS but I'm not a medic. If your worried see your doc, that's what they are there for! Hope you get sorted as I myself am trying to. It gets you down I know but get on that phone to your surgery. Good luck. 😊😊
