So going through my food diary from January and there isn’t one week that hasn’t got something in like nausea, diahoriah is much less, left side pain which is diverticulitis, and heavy chest / skipping a beat , sore throat
There are loads of viruses around at the moment and I’m in and out of people’s houses being a cleaner and a child in school so lots of germs a out and I catch anything since chemo some years ago
Do others with ibs and diverticulitis have stuff every week? I’ve been over 50% better since gluton and dairy free but it seems to be going off again
They said I wasn’t intolerant but I was already off gluton when tested
No other help Has been offered I rarely go out except work and often don’t go to work and being self employed don’t earn then. I’m keeping the anxiety in check best I can and won’t take the pills they offer as make me so ill . I’ve stopped the omperazole as don’t think they made much difference and have cut the mebervine down to one a day as again didn’t feel they did much . Take probiotics and multi vitamin as friends say I’m not getting a good enough diet cutting it all out
Sorry just wanted to vent lol is there any point seeing if I can get any esa or anything

Just my opinion what works for me. Anti depressants and epilim which they give to people with epilepsy works for me. Anxiety is the root of all evil, if you can quieter it down your system will relax and you won’t get the nervous Bowel attacks. Also your diet, go to dietician and follow fodmac diet see foods that make you go and foods that are good for you. I love bananas, fish, potatoes, carrots, spinach, stewed apples, not raw apples or pears! And little and often every two to three hours if feeling odd in tummy put a plain biscuit in it, or half of a banana good luck .
Ps get lots of rest and sleep as that’s very impiortant as well as meditation and stilling the mind.
