Drinks????

Hi... sugars and artificial things really irritate my stomach but I am getting so so fed up with water... I used to drink orange drinks like Capri suns and Tropicana but they now give me extrmemy bad stomach aches... but water is becoming so plain and boring

Does anyone know of any drinks that they can tolerate.

Would adding Robinson's orange squash to my water be ok or is This still too acidic do you think?

Thank you

I drink Nestea type drinks, you can get sugar free if you like. Also aloe vera drinks with flavouring.

You need to stay away from the fizzy, try a little cordial in the water and add ice.

Still or sparkling water with ice cubes and sliced fruit or berries. Maybe a little orange juice for extra flavour. Put in a nice big wine glass and it looks very pretty!

I drink either carbonated water which I find is more palatable than plain water, or just pure cocoa powder 1 teaspoon in a mug of boiling water, no milk or sugar.
