Can’t believe I’m admitting this...

Ok so all of you who have Chrones etc or IBS like myself know what it’s like when you have a flare up and ‘need to go’ when you’re at work but want to die with embarrassment as you don’t want to. Well...I can’r actually believe I’m admitting this but a friend told me about a thing called VI POO which you can buy from supermarkets and amazon and I have to say it’s amazing! It’s so hideable you wouldn’t even be able to tell.

Its good to know it works It just shows what a taboo subject it still is by the way you titled your post I dread needing to go when out It's a natural bodily function but still feel like I'm the only one who ever "goes" in a public loo I recently had to dash into a toilet with quite a few cubicles I went right down the end no one was in there then 2 ladies came in and remarked about the "stink" So I will definitely be purchasing one Thanks that's brilliant I've seen it advertised on TV but wasn't sure if it worked

I’m not sure about bacteria, I wouldn’t risk that but that’s just my opinion lol
