With all the additives in our food stuffs these days, its no wonder we all end up with ailments, especially with vegetables, who knows what different e- numbers side effects are,who knows how they react with the medication your on.

Government scientists tell you one thing, and then go back on their own advice.tea.coffee,chocolate,wine etc.

Secretly, watch what the warehouses have a stockpile of, and have to dispose of..if theres a glut its good for you,if in short supply then its bad for your health.

Don't understand why you say have problems with vegetables - these are natural foods and don't contain any baddies, E numbers, etc. so I don't really understand your post when you say

its no wonder we all end up with ailments, especially with vegetables, who knows what different e- numbers side effects are, who knows how they react with the medication your on.

Can you explain what you mean - fresh products like chicken fish meat veg etc. in it's natural form are healthy
