When is the best time to take my laxldo

I'm not sure if there is a best time but for constipation I used to have a rounded dessertspoonful of golden linseeds in around a 3rd of a mug of water and soak for an hour and drink. Some people grind the linseeds down and soak for ease of digestion, I never did this.

I would drink mine either in the morning of the evening and it worked a teat for me.
