Yesterday morning at 2.00 I woke up with really bad stomach ache, went to the toilet, felt better for a little while, then felt really tired and dizzy. The stomach ache came back and this morning I had diarrhoea and the stomach ache is really bad again. Just want to go back to bed as I still feel really tired.
