I was diagnosed in 2013 with this condition. My present treatment that I use is 2 Ortis fruit and fibre cubes in the evening and a glass of prune juice in the morning. This has meant that I now no longer suffer hard stools, anal fizzures and the scare of being unable to pass stools without straining and causing great discomfort and tearing the anus.
