I was diagnosed with gastritis at the end of june. Now its september and I have constant bloating, nausea and mild acid reflux. I cant pinpoint what foods cause this, it seems like everything does. I cannot function properly. Does anyone know what this could be?

Many people on here find the low-FODMAP diet the best way to sort out their food intolerances. Ask your GP to refer you to a dietitian so you can get some help with this.
Reflux causes nausea (as I know firsthand), if you haven't been prescribed any medication to help with this, I suggest you try OTC Ranitidine or Omeprazole which you can buy from any pharmacy.
Hi Mina,
It sounds like IBS starting up. I would recommend getting checked for SIBO and Candida as a good place to start:

Bad bacteria in your digestive tract can cause bloating and acid reflux. Nausea is one of the symptoms of acid reflux. Adding probiotics to your diet may help. This article on probiotics and acid reflux may help... howtotreatheartburn.com/pro...
