Dear fellow sufferers,

I'm sure that most of you do online shopping, specially at moments where even simple exercise/activities prove difficult.

I just spotted on the IBS network newsletter that there is a way to contribute with a donation (it's totally free to do!) each time you purchase from popular stores online.

I have already signed up as a way to contribute and help raise funds :-)

Please see below extract for more details and happy shopping!

"Shop and support people with IBS

"

Buy anything from our ever expanding online shop and you will be donating to help people with IBS at the same time. j

We make every penny you donate work very hard for us. Your donation helps us to support you and others like you who are living every day with IBS.

As you may already know, we receive no government or NHS funding and rely wholly on donations. You can help us raise more just by shopping online.

When you shop at over 4,000 top stores including Amazon, Expedia and John Lewis via Give as you Live they'll turn a percentage of your spend into free funds for our charity (at no extra cost to you!).

Simply sign up, search for the retailer and start shopping. It's that simple!

Most definitely and I am pleased that you can use this through Amazon as that is one of the main places I shop online.
