Hi I have IBS and suffer from Gastritis. Over the last few months I have excessive flem in my throat, not in my nose just in the throat and I am constantly swallowing trying to clear it. It's not blocked all the time but it is worse at night.

Have u tried vics vapour rub in hot water with a towel over your head. Sometimes that can help loosen what there.

Hi, I had gastritis episodes for five years. Have you tried Doctors Best Zinc Carnosine Complex/Pepsin GI. I tried lots of doctors medication which didn't help or didn't agree with me. Eventually I found the above. Almost immediately after I started taking it I felt a difference in my digestion. Slowly, taking it everyday, my stomach lining healed. The episodes were less severe and I have been able to eat normally and anything and everything for a year now. Just thought I'd mention it, in case it helps you or anybody else. I too have got permanent plegm at moment ( that's why I read your post)but know it was caused by a severe cold virus going round a bit ago.
I have IBS. And I too have gastritis. I get glen that makes me vomit. Been tested esophagus, stomach, and nothing shows problems. Sorry I can't help you . I think it's an enzyme issue for digestion for me due to 1/3 bowel left, gallbladder and appendix removed so I think my digestion juices are screwed
Hi there, I used to get phlegm a lot but not so much now. I looked online to see the best way to clear it and came up with Mucus Clear. It is expensive but I see on Amazon it has a 5 star rating.
