Hi I joined after reading some answers to a food intolerance testing question that I found helpful.
In 2012 I had a bowel resection after which I put on a lot of weight despite being quite careful. I also found things that were supposedly "good" ie lentils, pulses, didn't do me any favors at all! Tried different things and then one type of intolerance test that I was not very satisfied with. Telling me "milk" intolerant didn't say if it was the lactose or the protein for example.
If anyone has similar experience and has found a way to eat well without setting off severe tummy pains (like calabrese etc does ) or other unpleasant effects, and lose the weight gain I'd love to hear from you.
