Is it possible i have dumping syndrome despite having not had gastric surgery?

I am very lightheaded and dizzy and faint when eating - this can happen within minutes of eating and I feel I am going to faint! I often then feel weak, sleepy, faint, dizzy thereafter some hours later.

PLEASE HELP!

Looking at a past post, your ferritin is bumping along the bottom and if you have had b12 you need to take some folate to encourage the b12 to do its job. Hop into the pernicious anemea forum for advice. It could be this causing the tiredness.

Have you tried keeping a food diary to see if it is all foods or just paricular ones which give you problems. Have you been tested for coeliac, many of your symptoms could be attributed to that as well. Unfortunately lots of cross over symptoms for many ailments and understandably it is hard to pin down to one diagnosis.
